Evoplay signs e-instant deal with Azerbaijan's state lottery operator

Evoplay has agreed a partnership with Azərlotereya OJSC, Azerbaijan’s state-owned lottery operator, to supply its e-instant win games to the operator’s digital platforms, the studio announced on 9 July 2025.

The deal marks Evoplay’s first entry into the Azerbaijani market and extends its footprint in the regulated lottery sector.

Titles rolling out in stages

Three games, Penalty Shoot-out: Super Cup, Hot Slice and Tap Craze, are already live on Azərlotereya’s platforms. Further titles, including Adrenaline Rush, Big Catch and Thimbles, are due to launch later in July.

Each game has reportedly been adapted for the local market, with localised language and currency options built in, along with adjustments intended to align with Azərlotereya’s responsible gaming requirements.

About the operator

Azərlotereya is a member of the World Lottery Association and runs lottery and sports betting products across retail and online channels under the Azərlotereya and Misli brands. The company is described as playing a central role in Azerbaijan’s national gaming strategy, with a stated focus on responsible and sustainable growth.

Frank Cecchini, Head of Lottery at Evoplay, said the company was pleased that Azərlotereya had selected its games to help generate revenue for good causes, adding that e-instant games remain a relatively new category for many state operators.

Ashraf Pashabayli, iGaming Product Manager at Azərlotereya, said the collaboration had gone smoothly, noting that Evoplay had been responsive to the operator’s requirements and delivered the games as requested.

Evoplay’s portfolio spans more than 250 slots, table, crash and e-instant games.
