Habanero launches African-themed slot Safari Rumble

Habanero, the slots and table games supplier, has launched Safari Rumble, a new online slot set in the African wilderness, as of 12 August 2025.

The game runs on a 5x4 reel grid and offers up to 32,768 ways to win. Players can trigger up to 30 free spins, with a maximum win potential of 28,800 times the initial bet.

Features and mechanics

Safari Rumble includes a symbol-splitting mechanic that doubles winning combinations, alongside a Rumble Feature. This locks a randomly selected symbol in place while re-spins add further matching symbols to the grid. Once the feature ends, the locked symbols split, potentially generating larger payouts.

The title also includes a Buy Feature option, allowing players to pay directly for access to bonus rounds, and is linked to Habanero’s proprietary Jackpot Race system.

The release follows recent Habanero titles Mummy Hunter and Daruma Impact, continuing the studio’s focus on visually driven, feature-heavy slot content.

Toni Karapetrov, Head of Corporate Communications at Habanero, said the game reflects the intensity of the African wilderness while combining the studio’s visual style with newer gameplay mechanics. He added that the combination of high win potential and its wildlife theme should help the title perform well within Habanero’s wider portfolio.

Habanero states it holds certification in more than 20 jurisdictions and has over 150 slot titles in its portfolio, alongside table and video poker games and a jackpot system used across its network.
