Pragmatic Play launches Sweet Rush Bonanza, merging two candy-themed slot hits

Pragmatic Play, a content supplier to the iGaming industry, has released Sweet Rush Bonanza, a slot title that merges features from two of its established candy-themed games, Sweet Bonanza and Sugar Rush.

The new release combines the pays-anywhere win mechanic associated with Sweet Bonanza with a prize-doubling multiplier feature drawn from Sugar Rush.

Game mechanics

Set on a 6x5 grid with a CandyLand theme, Sweet Rush Bonanza pays out when 8 to 12 or more matching symbols land anywhere on the reels, with wins of up to 50x available on standard combinations.

The game’s multiplier spots feature marks each grid position involved in a winning combination. These multipliers can double in value across subsequent tumbles, rising as high as 128x. Where multiple multipliers contribute to a single win, their values are combined, increasing the potential payout.

In certain markets, players will have access to three special bet options and two bonus buy features. The special bets can raise the likelihood of triggering the bonus round, apply random multipliers to each spin, or set a 32x multiplier across the entire grid.

Landing four lollipop scatter symbols activates a bonus round consisting of 10 free spins, during which multipliers remain in place for the duration of the round. This mechanic is designed to improve players’ chances of reaching the game’s maximum win of 5,000x.
