R. Franco Digital adds Amusnet content to IRIS platform

R. Franco Digital, the digital arm of Spain’s Grupo R. Franco, has agreed a partnership with tier-1 supplier Amusnet to widen the games library on its IRIS platform, the company announced on 29 October 2024.

The deal brings Amusnet’s catalogue of more than 300 casino titles, including 40 Super Hot, Burning Hot, Shining Crown and Phoenix Star, into IRIS. Amusnet’s content is currently live with over 2,000 operators across 35 jurisdictions, and the tie-up is intended to strengthen R. Franco Digital’s presence in regulated markets by giving operators access to a broader mix of slots and other casino products through a single platform integration.

Strategic rationale

R. Franco Digital said the agreement forms part of its ongoing push to expand third-party content on IRIS and support operators competing in a crowded iGaming market. Javier Sacristán, International Business Director at R. Franco Digital, said Amusnet’s reputation for engaging products made it a valuable addition to the platform as the company looks to build its standing as a partner to operators globally.

Edwin Cruz, Managing Director at Amusnet Spain, described the partnership as another step in the supplier’s international expansion, saying it would allow Amusnet to reach new audiences through R. Franco Digital’s operator network while reinforcing its position in the global gaming sector.

Company backgrounds

R. Franco Digital was established in 2014 as part of Grupo R. Franco, drawing on more than 50 years of the parent group’s history in gaming. It offers operators a range of solutions built around its omni-channel IRIS platform.

Amusnet has been operating for eight years and describes itself as an all-casino solutions provider, offering slots, table games and a live casino studio. Its portfolio is deployed across more than 2,000 operator sites in over 35 markets, and the company launched a land-based vertical in February 2024.
