3 Oaks Gaming, a distributor of slot content for regulated markets, has been issued a recognition notice by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), permitting its games to be offered to licensed operators in the Maltese market.
The company said the approval confirms its ongoing compliance with regulatory standards and represents a further step in its strategy to expand into regulated jurisdictions.

With the recognition notice in place, 3 Oaks Gaming can now supply titles including Sun of Egypt 4, Coin UP: Lightning and 3 Hot Chillies to operators in Malta.
The move follows earlier market entries by the company in the UK, Portugal and Romania, adding Malta to its list of regulated territories.
