Games Global and Snowborn Games launch Cash Flip Medusa slot
Games Global's exclusive studio Snowborn Games has released Cash Flip Medusa, a Greek mythology-themed slot that reprises the Cash Flip modifier and offers wins of up to 5,000x stake.
Games Global and its exclusive studio Snowborn Games have released Cash Flip Medusa, a new slot title set in a Greek mythology theme, the companies announced on 9th October 2024.
The 5x3 game centres on a mystical temple guarded by Medusa, where coloured orbs of power trigger different bonus features. Purple orbs activate a Cash Multiplier, blue orbs unleash the Cash Collect feature, and red orbs set off the Cash Flip modifier. According to Games Global, these features can combine in up to seven different ways, with a Golden Orb able to trigger the Golden Medusa, which reactivates previously unlocked features to boost win potential further.
Bonus mechanics
During the bonus round, players receive three spins, with the chance to reset the spin count whenever a cash symbol or modifier appears. The round continues until either the spins run out or the entire grid fills with cash prizes, which unlocks the game’s top prize of 5,000x stake.
Cash Flip Medusa is the second Snowborn Games title to feature the Cash Flip modifier, following the earlier release of Cash Flip Devil’s Coin. Games Global said the move reflects the studio’s ongoing focus on features designed to increase win potential and player immersion.
Executive comment
Andreas Takanen, Head of Games at Snowborn Games, described the title as aimed at bonus hunters, citing frequent bonus triggers and multiple feature variations intended to extend player engagement. He added that early player metrics point to strong retention and return rates.
Andy Booth, Chief Product Officer at Games Global, said the release builds on the momentum of Cash Flip Devil’s Coin by applying the Cash Flip mechanic to a Greek mythology setting, a theme he said has consistently proven popular with players.
Games Global operates one of the largest networks of exclusive iGaming content studios, with more than 1,300 proprietary games developed across 40 in-house and partnered studios over the past two decades. Snowborn Games is a Nordic studio within that network.
