Greentube goes live in Connecticut with first customer

Greentube, the digital gaming and entertainment arm of NOVOMATIC, has gone live in Connecticut with its first operator partner, in a move the company describes as a significant step in its North American growth plans.

The launch follows the award of a Connecticut gaming licence to Greentube in February 2023. Players in the state can now access a selection of the supplier’s titles, including Piggy Prizes Wand of Riches, Starlight Jackpots and Athena Goddess of War.

Building on existing US presence

Connecticut becomes the latest addition to Greentube’s regulated market footprint in North America, which already includes New Jersey, Michigan and Ontario. The company said further operator agreements in Connecticut are in progress as it looks to expand its reach in the state.

Michael Bauer, CFO at Greentube, said the company was pleased to extend its US operations into Connecticut, describing the state as having quickly taken to iGaming. He added that Greentube aims to support customers across as many US states as possible and expects to form additional partnerships in Connecticut in the near future.

Greentube offers a range of gaming products including video slots, table games, AWP reloaded slots, server-based gaming, social casino gaming and video bingo, delivered through what it calls omni-channel technology spanning online, mobile and land-based gaming.
