Greentube launches Tapper Games category with Piñata Blast debut
NOVOMATIC's Greentube has introduced Tapper Games, a new fast-paced content category aimed particularly at US players, starting with the title Piñata Blast.
Greentube, the digital gaming and entertainment division of NOVOMATIC, has added a new content category called Tapper Games to its portfolio, the company announced on 29 October 2024.
The new range is built around simple, high-energy mechanics that let players tap for quick, instant action, offering a more immersive experience for those who favour rapid gameplay over traditional slot formats.
Piñata Blast leads the launch
The category debuts with Piñata Blast, a title that reworks conventional slot design with streamlined animations and responsive controls, prioritising direct player interaction and a smooth user experience.
Greentube said Tapper Games is intended to appeal to players worldwide but is especially suited to the US market, where fast-paced casino content has been gaining popularity.
A second title, Hit Me Baby!, previously shown at the G2E trade show in Las Vegas, will also launch under the Tapper Games banner. Greentube has indicated further titles in the category are planned for release in the coming months as it looks to build out the new product line.

Bernd Baumert, Director of Games Production and Operations at Greentube, said the launch reflects the company’s efforts to diversify its offering in line with changing player preferences. He added that Piñata Blast and forthcoming titles represent a new category of fast-paced games intended to attract new audiences and support growth in regulated markets globally.
