Pragmatic Play Adds Free Chips Tool to Enhance Gamification Suite
Pragmatic Play has rolled out Free Chips, a new promotional feature letting operators offer customisable bonus amounts within selected live casino roulette titles.
Pragmatic Play, a supplier of content to the iGaming sector, has introduced Free Chips as the newest tool within its Enhance gamification suite.
The feature allows operators to give players customisable bonus amounts in a selection of the supplier’s live casino games. It is initially available across four roulette titles: Lucky 6 Roulette, Speed Roulette 1, VIP Roulette and Mega Roulette, with further games expected to be added in due course.
Automated setup and payouts
Free Chips has been built for straightforward integration, with automated payout processing intended to simplify operations for operators while improving the experience for players. The tool supports all major languages and currencies, and can be deployed either as a standalone incentive or as part of a broader promotional campaign.
The launch expands Pragmatic Play’s Enhance range, which offers operators a set of marketing and gamification features aimed at supporting player acquisition, engagement and retention.
Irina Cornides, Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic Play, said the addition of Free Chips is intended to help operators improve the gaming experience by rewarding players with tailored bonus amounts in live casino games, beginning with the roulette portfolio.
Pragmatic Play is headquartered in Gibraltar and supplies slots, live casino, bingo, virtual sports, sportsbook and other products to operators across regulated markets worldwide.
