Pragmatic Play launches Irish Crown slot with mystery symbol feature

Pragmatic Play, a supplier of content to the iGaming sector, has released Irish Crown, a new slot title themed around Irish folklore.

The game runs on a 5x3 grid featuring gem symbols, with mystery symbols able to transform into matching paying icons to boost win values. Landing between three and nine gold crown symbols pays out cash prizes of up to 40 times the stake.

Bonus features

Collecting 10 crown symbols triggers the Big Money bonus round, in which crowns lock in place and each additional crown landed grants a further respin. Finishing the round with 10 to 14 crowns pays out between 50x and 200x the stake, while a fully filled grid unlocks the Super Reel feature, capable of awarding up to 5,000x.

A separate free spins bonus is activated by landing three shamrock scatter symbols, awarding 10 free spins. During this round, a leprechaun appearing on the fifth reel converts one of the five lowest-paying symbols into a crown for the remainder of the feature, increasing potential returns. Landing between one and three additional scatters during the free spins extends the round by two to 10 spins.

Irish Crown follows recent releases from Pragmatic Play including Mining Rush, Money Stacks Megaways and Aztec Smash.

Irina Cornides, Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic Play, said the title marks the supplier’s second slot launch of 2025, highlighting its wild and mystery symbol mechanics alongside the two bonus features and maximum win potential of 5,000x.
