Thunderkick strikes deal with JACKS.NL to grow Dutch presence
Swedish slots studio Thunderkick has partnered with Dutch operator JACKS.NL, via aggregator Bragg, to supply a selection of its games to the brand.
Independent slots studio Thunderkick has agreed a content deal with JACKS.NL, the online arm of Dutch land-based casino operator JVH Gaming & Entertainment Group, which runs 86 casinos across the Netherlands.
The partnership, arranged through aggregator Bragg, adds a number of Thunderkick titles to JACKS.NL’s game portfolio, including Esqueleto Explosivo 3 and the recently launched The Wildos 2.
Market expansion
Thunderkick, based in Stockholm, said the tie-up strengthens its position in the Netherlands, one of several European markets it is targeting alongside its existing presence in Latin America and North America. The studio said the deal would help expand its player base in the country while giving JACKS.NL access to additional content to support player engagement.
Fredrik Ekholm, Head of Sales at Thunderkick, said the agreement with an established Dutch brand was aimed at increasing the availability of the studio’s titles to Dutch players and improving its standing in the jurisdiction.
Ayla Haverkamp, Casino Operational Manager at JOI Gaming Ltd, said JACKS.NL aims to offer players content from creative and forward-thinking studios, and that Thunderkick’s slots were expected to appeal to its player base through their varied themes and features.
Thunderkick was founded in Stockholm in 2012 and now employs more than 80 staff working in-house. Its titles are also available through operators including Bet365, William Hill, LeoVegas, 888 Casino, Mr Green, PokerStars Casino, ComeOn, Unibet and Betsson.
