3 Oaks Gaming enters Dutch market via Starcasino tie-up
iGaming content distributor 3 Oaks Gaming has expanded into the Netherlands after agreeing a supply deal with regulated operator Starcasino.
3 Oaks Gaming, a distributor of iGaming content, announced on 8th September 2025 that it has entered the Dutch market through a new partnership with Starcasino, a casino and sportsbook operator active in Belgium and, since May this year, the Netherlands.
Under the agreement, Starcasino will add titles from 3 Oaks Gaming’s catalogue, including Lucky Penny 2, Magic Clovers and Coin Volcano 2, to its Dutch offering. The deal marks the first time 3 Oaks Gaming’s portfolio has been made available to players in the Netherlands.
Regulated market push
The move forms part of 3 Oaks Gaming’s broader strategy of expanding into regulated European markets, an approach the company describes as a core priority as it seeks to widen its reach among online players.
Starcasino operates under licences in both Belgium and the Netherlands, where it holds an online casino and sports betting licence issued by the Kansspelautoriteit, the Dutch Gambling Authority.
Executive comment
Krasimir Pankovski, Head of Sales at 3 Oaks Gaming, said entering the Dutch market had been a long-standing objective for the company and that he expected the studio’s games to connect with players in the region.
Pieter van den Bos, Director at Starcasino, said the partnership paired the operator’s established reputation with a content studio known for innovation, supporting its aim of offering high-quality, responsible entertainment to Dutch players.
The agreement extends 3 Oaks Gaming’s footprint across regulated European markets and adds to Starcasino’s content lineup as it continues to build out its Dutch operation following its market entry in May.
