Altenar Deepens Soccer Player Props with Opta Data Integration

Sportsbook provider Altenar has integrated Stats Perform's Opta data to expand its soccer player props and launch a live match tracker.

Altenar Deepens Soccer Player Props with Opta Data Integration

Altenar has struck a deeper data partnership with Stats Perform, integrating the Opta soccer data feed to strengthen its player props betting markets, the sportsbook provider announced on 1 September 2025.

The integration gives Altenar access to Opta’s historical and live statistics across more than 11,000 matches annually, allowing the operator’s trading team to build pre-match and in-play props based on granular match events such as shots, fouls and tackles. Altenar said the data uses definitions consistent with those adopted by professional leagues, tournaments, broadcasters and media organisations worldwide.

Match Tracker and Uptime Improvements

As part of the deal, Altenar will also roll out Stats Perform’s Content Player Pro, a front-end match tracker designed to give bettors additional context during games. The company said the partnership should also improve uptime for betting markets, benefiting operators through more reliable cashout availability and in-play settlement of pre-match wagers.

Executive Comment

Antonis Karakousis, Director of Operations at Altenar, said the expanded player props selection has proven popular in multiple markets and that working with Opta allows the company to price and settle prop markets with confidence.

Steve Xeller, Chief Revenue Officer at Stats Perform, said Altenar’s reputation for innovation and quality depends on trusted data, adding that the Opta partnership should appeal to Altenar’s operator clients regardless of the markets they serve.

Altenar, founded in 2011, is a turnkey sportsbook provider. Stats Perform describes itself as a global leader in sports data and AI, holding 7.2 petabytes of proprietary sports data used across its software and analytics products.
