Desert Diamond Casinos taps White Hat Gaming for Arizona PAM deal
The Tohono O'odham Nation-owned operator has signed a multi-year agreement with White Hat Gaming to power the relaunch of its mobile sportsbook, Bet Desert Diamond, across Arizona.
Desert Diamond Casinos, a tribal gaming operator owned by the Tohono O’odham Nation, has agreed a multi-year partnership with iGaming platform provider White Hat Gaming to supply its Player Account Management (PAM) technology, the companies announced on 13 May.
The deal will underpin the relaunch of Desert Diamond’s mobile sportsbook, Bet Desert Diamond, enabling the operator to offer statewide mobile sports betting in Arizona. According to the release, this makes Desert Diamond the only locally operated casino brand in the state to provide the service.
Single-wallet technology
White Hat Gaming’s PAM platform includes its Traveling Wallet product, a single-wallet system designed to let players move funds seamlessly between the Tohono O’odham Nation’s tribal land and other locations across Arizona. The companies said this would support Desert Diamond’s plans to expand its on-premise operations alongside its digital offering.
Desert Diamond operates five gaming venues in Arizona, in West Valley, White Tanks, Tucson, Sahuarita and Why.

Daniele Chilton, chief executive of Desert Diamond Casino, said the partnership reflected the operator’s ambition to lead Arizona’s gaming industry into the digital era while maintaining its commitments to tribal sovereignty, economic opportunity and community development.
Phil Gelvan, chief executive of White Hat Gaming, said the agreement demonstrated the company’s focus on providing scalable and compliant technology to tribal operators pursuing digital transformation.
