EvenBet Gaming rolls out In-Store update to boost poker monetisation

EvenBet Gaming, a developer of online gaming software and solutions, released a major update to its In-Store product this week, aimed at giving operators additional revenue streams while enhancing the in-game poker experience for players.

The update builds on existing chip package offerings, which are used as buy-ins for play money games and tournaments, by introducing a range of new perks that players can purchase directly within the game interface.

New perks on offer

The first version of the update includes Time Bank packages, which give players extra time to make decisions, an Insurance Buying option allowing players to go all-in, and a Rabbit Hunting feature that reveals undealt cards for post-hand analysis.

Two further features, a customisable VIP Card offering access to exclusive tables and tournaments, and Opponent Game Statistics providing insight into rival players’ patterns, are in development and will be added in future updates alongside additional perks.

Flexible monetisation

The In-Store items can be purchased using either fiat or cryptocurrency payment systems, and are available across desktop and mobile platforms. EvenBet said the feature is designed to give players instant access to perks while creating a new revenue stream for operators, including those running social or free-to-play poker formats and sweepstakes-based business models.

Dmitry Starostenkov, chief executive at EvenBet Gaming, said the update was intended to improve the player experience by making the In-Store feature accessible directly from the lobby or table, describing the instant delivery of perks as a first-of-its-kind offering that would also generate additional revenue for the company’s partners.

EvenBet Gaming is licensed in Malta under an MGA B2B licence and employs more than 130 staff across offices in Malta, the United States, Serbia, Armenia and Colombia. The company was named Poker Provider of the Year at the 2024 EGR B2B Awards.
