Island Luck taps OtherLevels for personalised NFL betting content
Bahamas-based operator Island Luck has partnered with OtherLevels to deliver personalised pre-match and in-play content to sportsbook customers ahead of the 2025-26 NFL season.
Island Luck Casino and Sportsbook will use OtherLevels’ Experience Platform to power personalised betting content for its players during the upcoming NFL season, which kicks off on 4th September when the Philadelphia Eagles face the Dallas Cowboys.
The platform combines betting recommendations with live odds and game data to generate personalised text and AI-created media, distributed through the operator’s own channels. It factors in variables such as odds movement, game state and time elapsed to determine when and how to engage customers.
OtherLevels said its technology has previously delivered an 8% increase in NFL betting activity and up to a 30% rise in NBA wagering over the past 12 months for other implementations. The Experience Platform is pre-integrated with several sportsbook providers, including Kambi, which also supplies Island Luck’s sportsbook technology.
Executive comment
Sebas Bastian, chief executive of Island Luck, said the partnership was aimed at strengthening the operator’s position through innovation and improved player experience, adding that personalised content across multiple sports and markets represented a significant opportunity to increase wagering activity ahead of the NFL season.
Brendan O’Kane, chief executive of OtherLevels, said the platform was designed to maximise activation opportunities by giving Island Luck the ability to deliver real-time, personalised content and market recommendations continuously and without added operational costs, using the operator’s existing channels.
