Relax Gaming enters Switzerland via Grand Casino Luzern tie-up

Relax Gaming has entered the Swiss market through a new partnership with Grand Casino Luzern, marking the supplier’s debut in the country via the operator’s online platform, mycasino.

The deal gives Swiss players access to titles from Relax Gaming’s portfolio, including Banana Town, Money Train and Wild Chapo, with additional games expected to be added over time.

Switzerland becomes the twenty-third jurisdiction in which Relax Gaming operates, following approval from the Federal Gaming Board. The company said it plans further partnerships across Europe as part of its wider expansion strategy.

Mycasino has been operated by Grand Casino Luzern since 2019 and is positioned as Switzerland’s leading online casino, offering exclusive titles alongside deposit and withdrawal functionality. The platform is based in Lucerne and holds certification from the Swiss Federal Gaming Board for its game content.

Martin Stålros, chief executive of Relax Gaming, said the Swiss market presented interesting opportunities and that the company’s content was well suited to the market’s audience.

Alexia Smilovic Rønde, chief regulatory officer at Relax Gaming, described Switzerland as a well-regarded European jurisdiction known for strict regulatory standards, adding that the company intended to expand further in the market in the coming months.

Wolfgang Bliem, chief executive of Grand Casino Luzern, said the partnership was an important step for mycasino and that Relax Gaming’s game portfolio aligned with the operator’s aim of maintaining its market position. He noted that Grand Casino Luzern is the first Swiss operator to partner with the supplier.
