Yggdrasil strikes exclusive North American distribution deal with Aristocrat Interactive
Yggdrasil has agreed an exclusive content distribution partnership with Aristocrat Interactive covering all regulated US markets and Ontario.
Yggdrasil has entered into an exclusive agreement with Aristocrat Interactive, the online real money gaming arm of Aristocrat, giving the operator exclusive rights to distribute Yggdrasil’s game portfolio across regulated markets in the United States and Ontario.
Under the deal, Aristocrat Interactive’s Content & Aggregation division will integrate Yggdrasil titles through Ignite, its studio accelerator and remote game server platform built to help studios enter regulated markets. Ignite will make Yggdrasil’s catalogue available to Aristocrat’s operator network across North America.

Games set to benefit from the tie-up include Valley of the Dead OnlyWins, Aphrodite Goes Wild Rushing Wilds and 3 Gladiators vs Caesar, alongside Yggdrasil’s wider back catalogue.
The agreement forms part of Yggdrasil’s ongoing push into regulated global markets.
Executive comment
Jose Simon, chief commercial officer at Yggdrasil, said Aristocrat Interactive was one of the biggest names in the industry and that the partnership represented a significant step for the supplier in North America, adding that the platform gave Yggdrasil what it needed to succeed in the region.

Yggdrasil, founded in 2013, is headquartered in Sweden with additional offices in Malta, Poland and Gibraltar.
